As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, the Contact Center AI Association is on a mission to advance AI education in the customer support industry. One way we accomplish this is through helping other organizations in our industry find qualified speakers for their educational events.
We have a community of business leaders overseeing customer support operations. They are often tasked with deploying AI solutions to improve their customer experience, agent experience, and general operations. And many of them are willing to share their experiences with others.
To clarify, we do not currently help arrange speaking opportunities for vendors. Rather, we help organizations find speakers in our community who have experience deploying AI in their own operations.
There is no cost for this service. However, as a courtesy to members of our community, we only help arrange speakers for events where the speaker's travel and hotel costs are paid for by the host.
