About the AI Vendor Directory

The CCAIA's AI Vendor directory is a database that people can use to search for AI tools built for contact centers. 

Vendors register to be in the directory by using this link: Vendor Registration. The vendors provide the information about their products and services.

The main goal of the directory is to create a comprehensive database where buyers can filter vendors based on desired features.  

There is an annual cost of $180 to be on the vendor directory. These proceeds are used to offset the costs of the educational material and events produced by the CCAIA.

The CCAIA does not endorse any vendor that is on the directory and does not warrant that any information on the directory is accurate. The information is provided by the vendors. 

By using the directory, you agree to waive any claims against the CCAIA and its leaders and employees  regarding the accuracy or quality of the information contained in the directory.
