Customer support leaders attending our events can request to have their flights and hotels sponsored. The cost of sponsoring a flight or hotel is $250.
In exchange, the sponsor receives a 30-minute zoom call with a contact center leader who is interested in learning more about the vendor's category of products/services.
These vendors are also recognized as sponsors in the print material used at the event.
CCAIA groups go to dinner at a restaurant after their meeting. A company can sponsor a dinner by simply picking up the tab of the group at the dinner.
Dinner sponsors are allowed to bring their own company representatives to the dinner.
The dinners take place in Atlanta, New York City, and San Francisco.
